As a newly established practice serving the North-West Sydney and Hawkesbury communities, we are pleased to welcome referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, schools, and self-referring clients.

Secure Telehealth
Standard appointments are 50 minutes. Extended appointments of up to 80 minutes are available when clinically indicated, including for EMDR therapy, and are billed at 1.5 times the standard consultation fee.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within three business days.
Please note that email and voicemail are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency situations. If you require immediate assistance, please contact your GP, call 000, or present to your nearest Emergency Department.
Consultation Fees
Service Fee:
Standard consultation (50 mins): $265
After-hours (before 9am or after 4pm): $285
Saturday consultation: $300
Extended EMDR sessions: 1.5x consultation fee
Medicare Rebates
You do not require a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) to make an appointment.
If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year.
To claim Medicare:
Your referral must be dated before your appointment.
Payment is made in full on the day.
We process your Medicare rebate electronically after your appointment.
Private Health Insurance rebates may also be available depending on your level of cover.

Saturday Appointments
Saturday appointments are reserved for clients who require weekend availability. A $150 booking deposit is required to secure all Saturday appointments. This deposit is credited towards your consultation fee. If a Saturday appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 business hours' notice.
Less than 48 business hours' notice – 50% of the consultation fee.
Less than 24 business hours' notice, or failure to attend – full consultation fee.
Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or private health insurance.
What to Expect
Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Therapy is collaborative, and we'll regularly review your progress together.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the AHPRA/APS Code of Ethics.
Information shared during therapy is kept confidential except where disclosure is required or authorised by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm.
