About Rajinder
Dr. Rajinder Pal Kaur is a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with extensive experience across public and private mental health settings. She provides thoughtful, personalised psychological care for adults experiencing a broad range of emotional, relational, and mental health difficulties. Rajinder’s approach is integrative, holistic, and recovery-oriented. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their concerns within the context of their relationships, family, culture, community, and life experiences. Her therapeutic style is warm, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
Approach
Rajinder is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with 36 years of experience working in the public and private sectors in Australia as well as internationally. Rajinder’s areas of interest include anxiety and mood disorders, with a special interest in psychological management of primary & secondary depression. She also works with adjustment disorders, Bipolar, Psychosis and early interventions, cognitive symptoms, psychological components of chronic pain management, PTSD, grief/loss, FND, personality disorders, gambling, drug & alcohol disorders. Rajinder is available for consults at Richmond and online on Fridays and Saturdays. She consults from her Penrith office on Thursdays.

Dr. Kaur has contributed to research across clinical psychology and psychiatry for more than three decades, with publications spanning psychosis, depression, personality, substance use, suicide risk, child and adolescent mental health, and psychological assessment.
