It can be hard to figure out our own patterns of behaviour. Our brains typically rely on what feels familiar or comfortable, confusing familiarity with 'good'. I aim to create a reflective space for my clients to be curious about themselves and how they see the people around them. I find this reduces distress and helps people make long-term changes using safety, grounding and self-compassion. I take an integrated approach to the whole person - combining the biological, psychological and cultural context with evidence-based psychological treatment.
